new me

Today was my first official day of training. I walked for 40 minutes at a brisk pace. I was out of breath. I hope it will get better soon. I am one of those people that wants quick results, which will probably be one of my hardest stumbling blocks. But I plan to see this through, thank goodness for my husband's support.

I have the same problem with wanting to do too much too fast. Read my blog from yesterday, please! I did too much too fast and now I'm hurt.
